Friends of Our Daily Bread provides funding to support the operation of Our Daily Bread (OurDailyBread-Sunnyvale.org), a food program in Sunnyvale, California, that serves hot, nutritious meals to hungry people in the community without qualification, restriction, obligation or cost.

In late 2012 Friends of Our Daily Bread (FOODB) was established as a non-religious public benefit charity whose sole purpose is to provide funding for Our Daily Bread. By personally covering all corporate expenses, its board of directors is committed to ensuring that 100% of the funds donated to FOODB are given to ODB on a monthly basis. Because FOODB is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) corporation, donations to FOODB are tax deductible, as are donations directly to ODB. But more importantly, donations to FOODB qualify for most company matching gifts.
